We are currently looking for a junior or experienced account executive to join a mainstream international FMCG company to assume a wide range of support duties within business support & account analytics. This role will demonstrate expertise in data analysis and furnish sales reports to both the commercial and finance teams for precise performance reporting, whilst managing & maintaining account relations.

The company is known for its wide range of products, supplying major retailers, food service providers, and food manufacturers both domestically and internationally.

Description

  • Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure smooth delivery of products.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and report order tracking metrics including volume and sales, identifying and addressing any significant discrepancies compared to internal forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain site-specific forecasts for key customers.
  • Account manage & support commercial directors.
  • Deal with inbound queries, written response, calls & emails.
  • Deliver sales insights and commentary during weekly profit and loss calls and monthly Management Business Reviews.
  • Prepare and manage sales data, conducting thorough analysis, summarization, and offering recommendations based on various data sources and consumer information.
  • Handle administrative tasks and communication with key customers regarding product cost adjustments, new product introductions, discontinuations, and other pertinent changes. · Collaborate with internal teams such as Packaging, Supply Chain, and Finance.
  • Conduct comprehensive forecasting based on current sales performance and promotional activities.
  • Ensure adherence to internal forecasting deadlines.
  • Input all forecasting adjustments into SAP.
  • Compile Commercial Forecast review documents for team review, including Finance assessment and MBR presentation.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and share best practices.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Profile

A successful Account Executive should have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong sales skills and the ability to meet set targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to formally communicate in both written & spoken forms
  • Experience and understanding of a P&L
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great relationship building skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • High level of competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Job Offer
