This role is for someone with experience as a financial advisor who is looking to join a new business and take over an existing client bank. Due to a retirement within the business the firm is now in a position where they want an advisor to take over and look after that book of clients. The client bank has a huge opportunity of new business within it and with a commission rate of 30% on all new business written, this presents a strong earning opportunity. The Business
The company is an established firm, operating for over 20 years. A small to medium sized business with multiple advisors, who are looking to expand. They are directly authorised and operating in a niche market, but work with clients in all walks of life. They primarily focus on pension and investment advice.
The Role
As mentioned the business are in a position where they have a bank of clients that now need an advisors to take over a support. The firm hold the client at the heart of all they do, so suitable advice and a holistic approach are integral. The firm has clients based all over the Bristol and M4 corridor area. These clients often like a combination of meetings, from face to face or over Teams/Zoom, so there will be some travelling involved. The client back is largely pensions/investment focused, so experience in these areas will be beneficial. Whilst these clients have traditionally been looked after very well, there is lots of opportunity for new business within this bank, on which commission will be paid.
