Cpl Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse Manager for a busy private hospital in Dublin, Ireland providing a full range of medical and surgical care across a broad spectrum of specialities.
This is an operational Clinical Nurse Manager 3 role where the successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of quality service in line with standards of nursing practice. As a key member of the senior nursing team, you will demonstrate managerial and leadership skills, working collaboratively with the Director of Nursing & Transformation, Senior Management Colleagues, Heads of Departments, Clinical Nurse Managers and Allied Health Professionals.
To be considered for the role the following criteria apply:
- Be registered in the general division of the Register of Nurses maintained by The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
- Previous Management Experience
- A health care management qualification is desirable at third level/ or level 9 on the National Qualification Authority of Ireland (NQAI.)
- 5 years' experience in an acute hospital setting
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the development and delivery of a comprehensive service.
- Previous experience of working with a diverse range of stakeholders internal and external to achieve successful outcomes
- Demonstrated capability in change management
- Hold an up to date ACLS course or a willingness to undertake same.
