About the Role
Jenson8 seeks a dynamic and experienced Training Facilitator to join our team in delivering cutting-edge client development programs. As a Training Facilitator, you'll lead immersive virtual and on-site workshops that drive participant growth and learning, utilizing Jenson8's powerful human skills development tool. This innovative platform combines immersive training, psychometrics, AI, and extensive domain expertise to catalyse meaningful behavioural change and build better organizations. Working closely with our Program Project Manager and wider team, you'll guide participants through interactive experiences that foster individual and group insights.
Your Impact
- Lead immersive workshops, skillfully managing group dynamics to ensure balanced participation and facilitate meaningful learning.
- Help participants connect the dots between their workshop insights and real-world applications in their professional lives.
- Continuously monitor group progress, encouraging participants to learn from each other and the experience.
- Communicate participant progress effectively internally and with clients to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Ensure a smooth, engaging journey for participants throughout the immersive experience.
