Responsibilities:
- Advise clients during renewals, build key stakeholder relationships, and deliver exceptional service.
- Collaborate with clients to tailor and expand coverage for the right protection.
- Proactively develop a pipeline for new business prospects.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure accurate documentation.
- Negotiate with Underwriters for optimal terms.
- Execute tasks compliantly and promptly.
- Achieve and maintain retention levels and income targets.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet business objectives and support colleague development.
Your Experience:
- Industry Knowledge in Commercial/Corporate Insurance.
- Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and broking platforms (Acturis ideal).
- Confidence: Comfortable dealing with stakeholders, particularly at the board level.
