The Business Development Coordinator will play a vital role in identifying and generating new business opportunities. This includes engaging with clients and customers, presenting the company's goods and services, organising meetings and seminars, and fostering strong relationships with existing contacts.

: Hybrid, with occasional travel to Daventry office

Role Overview

:

As a Business Development Coordinator, you will contribute to the growth of the business by strategically identifying potential business leads, managing client interactions, and supporting regional and area managers. This role involves both cold and warm outreach, as well as the management of sales enquiries via multiple platforms. You will be key in maintaining the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up on all sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

:

  • Identify sector and client targets for the development of core business functions.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings for regional and area managers.
  • Manage and organise company seminars in targeted locations to open new business channels.
  • Handle sales enquiries via the company's website, email, and calls.
  • Maintain and develop existing client relationships through targeted internal sales propositions.
  • Ensure all leads are logged, tracked, and followed up using the CRM system.

Experience & Skills Required

:

  • Experience in a sales-orientated environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships.
  • Cold calling experience is essential.
  • Tenacity and drive to succeed in a sales-focused role.
  • Good computer literacy and CRM experience.
