The Senior Leadership Team consists of visionary leaders who are shaping the future of the company, and we are looking for a top-tier Executive Assistant to support them in achieving their strategic goals.

The Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will be the right hand to the Group CEO plus the SLT, providing high-level administrative support to ensure their time is maximised and their work is efficient and effective. You will manage a wide range of responsibilities, from calendar management to project coordination, all while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage complex schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Handle high-volume correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare for and coordinate board meetings and other high-level meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow-up actions.
  • Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
  • Documentation: Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations for the board and senior leadership.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between board members, senior executives, and other stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and effective communication.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting board-level directors, preferably in a PE-backed organisation.
  • Company Secretary: Previous experience in this area would be beneficial but not essential
  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, from scheduling to document preparation.
  • Technological Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Proactive: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate the needs of the board and executives.
