We're currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at our Operation Centre in Wisbech.

They are a dedicated team that are crucial to our operation, who promptly respond to high volume inbound and outbound calls from our customers, while maintaining our Service Level Agreements and time frames.
They also assist our members and private traders with sales and return queries and provide administrative duties associated with documentation and compliance.
What we need from you:
- Excellent customer service
- Great, clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- IT literate
- Adaptable, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work as part of a team
