Property Investment Sales Consultant - Central London and WFH
Our client, who are a highly regarded property investment agency based in Europe with a strong presence already building in the UK are looking to add a Senior Sales Consultant to their business as they launch in the UK.
You will be the first employee on the ground in the UK making this an incredibly exciting opportunity to come in, graft hard, prove yourself and quite easily run the UK as you step up in the role. The business has an incredibly rich history and is well connected off shore but need someone hungry, highly driven and enthusiastic to come in and help them expand ASAP.
Ideally, you will have experience within Property Investment, off plan residential sales and have had some exposure to working with international investors.
You must have the following to be considered for this role:
- Sales experience within residential property with a proven track record of success
- Experience Selling to UK & Oversea Investors
- Happy to work through large volumes of data and leads that will be provided and close opportunities as they arise
- Experience in Exceeding Targets
- Money Motivated & Target Driven and happy to work on your own initiative
- Ability to work under pressure
- Happy to report into the Directors who are based overseas (they will be in UK monthly to work with you)
- You will be working across a very diverse area of UK property market, where there is huge opportunity for you within the Investment market.
Salary: £35,000 plus bonuses and commission. OTE 65K minimum
Our client, have huge growth plans over the next 12 months and this role could lead for you to step into a more Senior role for you.
