Financial Controller - Based near Bury St Edmonds, Suffolk

As they grow they are looking to recruit a Financial Controller to manage and support the business growth. The role will focus on budgeting, forecasting, preparation of management accounts and financial reports and providing strategic guidance to the senior management team.
Required skills
- Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Experience in preparing financial reports and providing strategic financial guidance
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Ability to analyse and interpret financial data
- Manage cashflow and working capital to optimise resources
- Ensure directors receive accurate and timely management information
- Working with management to assist in establishing and improving effective processes and controls
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments
- Relevant experience in the winter maintenance or facilities management industry is a plus
- Experience of working in a growing business would be preferred
- ACCA or CIMA or part or fully qualified
