Alexander Daniels are excited to be working with an established business near Cannock who are looking to hire an enthusiastic graduate to join their friendly, finance team. This will start off as a temporary role, but if successful the candidate will be offered a permanent role.
Reporting into the Finance Director, some of the main duties include:
- Processing of all invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintaining strong supplier relationships, whilst working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve any payment or invoice queries.
- Management of direct debit payments and processing credit card payments.
- Raising of credit notes as and when necessary.
- Assisting the team with reconciling all accounts.
- Work with the finance team to complete any other ad-hoc duties.
The ideal candidate will have completed a bachelor's in Accounting and Finance, ideally will have completed a placement year, will be enthusiastic and have great interpersonal skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
