Hunter Gatherer AHP is seeking a Band 6 Dietitian for a locum role based in Kent. This is an ongoing contract offering flexibility for up to full-time hours with an immediate start.
Position Overview
Job Title: Band 6 Community Nutrition Support Dietitian
Location: Kent
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: £28-30 per hour
Working Pattern: Up to full-time (flexibility considered)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct nutritional assessments and create personalised care plans
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records
Essential Criteria
- HCPC-registered Dietitian
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
