Property Manager

£34,000 + Pension + Parking
If you have worked in the residential property sector then this role for a Property Manager could be an excellent career move.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing a portfolio of rented residential properties in the Middlesex area
- Advising and guiding Landlords on the management of their properties
- Dealing with day to day maintenance issues and undertaking routine property visits
- Co-ordinating refurbishment works including obtaining quotations and managing contracts
- Ensuring that all properties comply with health and safety legislation and statutory obligations
- Co-ordinating end of tenancy deposit dilapidations and if required dealing with despite
