The Opportunity:
Talent Guardian is recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a part-time position, 18 hours per week, initially for a period of 6 months with the possibility of extension to 12 months.
Vacancy Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client, reporting to the Finance Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate processing of purchase and sales ledger entries
- Providing general administrative support
- Managing and transferring incoming calls internally
- Assisting visitors on-site
- Completing ad-hoc tasks as needed
Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in finance and purchase ledger.
Additional Information:
- Flexible work pattern to be agreed
- 30 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) pro rata
