HR Advisor Vacancy Islington, London £35,000 - £38,000 (Hybrid after probation)
Our client in the healthcare sector is looking to recruit an experienced HR professional to join a small team. The HR Adviser will work closely with management team and report into an HR Manager to deliver high-quality HR services. There is the opportunity to WFH 1 day per week after probation.
- Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practice and legal requirements
- Provide guidance and support to line managers and employees on HR issues, including recruitment and selection, performance management and employee relations
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and create and maintain accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
- The post holder will have good experience in HR administration, proficient in I.T skills and be able to deal with a variety of responsibilities, work well under pressure, be able to use their own initiative and keep calm in tense situations.
- The post holder will be approachable, fair, have good multi-tasking skills and be able to attend training sessions if needed. With support, they will also be responsible for delivering training sessions for managers and employees on HR processes and policies.
- The post – holder will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and procedures.
Person Specification
- Must have at least 3 years previous HR experience to be considered for the role
- Up to date and extensive knowledge of employment law, interpreting and applying employment legislation
- Public sector/healthcare sector is a distinct advantage
- Knowledge of HR systems and procedures, recruitment, terms & conditions acquired through CIPD
- Be Able to work on own initiative
In return you will receive a salary of between 35-38K.
