Your new role
As an FP&A professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial health and strategic direction of the company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and analysing financial reports and forecasts
- Conducting variance analysis and identifying trends
- Assisting in budgeting and financial planning processes
- Analysing monthly management information, providing actionable insights
- Providing insights and recommendations to senior management
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure financial alignment
- Collaborating with the senior leadership team to understand specific key performance indicators and drivers and deviations from targets
- Ad hoc project work
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should be part-qualified or working towards a recognised accounting qualification (ACCA or CIMA) and possess:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What you'll get in return
- £35,000-£40,000 DOE
- Study support for CIMA/ACCA
- Hybrid working after probation
