If so, our client, a leading provider of cloud-based mortgages and savings software, is looking for a talented Office Administrator to join their team in Wapping, London.

The role:

As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's reception area and providing essential support to the wider business. Working closely with the Facilities Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations and maintain a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in general office administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong client-facing experience and exceptional communication skills
  • Proven ability to prioritise, organise, and make decisions
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  • A hardworking and conscientious attitude
  • Proactive and able to take initiative

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and managing reception calls, forwarding messages as necessary
  • Coordinating courier services, managing deliveries and packages
  • Acting as the main point of contact for travel and accommodation bookings
  • Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of reception and other areas
  • Conducting regular floor walks and reporting any issues
  • Monitoring and replenishing stock levels
  • Welcoming clients and visitors to the organisation
  • Performing administrative tasks with attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Assisting the Facilities Manager in maintaining all office locations
  • Acting as a point of contact for health and safety, fire, and first aid
  • Arranging catering for meetings and events
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post
  • Assisting with meeting room bookings and post-meeting organisation
  • Contributing to the planning of company events
  • Supporting new employee onboarding processes, such as health and safety walk-throughs and equipment requests
