Their business is expanding exponentially, and they are looking for office-based mortgage advisors to join their already established and successful team.
Salary/OTE: competitive basic salary with OTE of £100,000 dependent on experience

The Ideal Candidate
- Fully CeMAP qualified Mortgage Adviser with a minimum of 12 months in the industry - ideally residential advising experience.
- Vast knowledge of the market.
- Friendly and approachable, with the ability to fit in well with the team.
- Outstanding customer service experience
- Confident and comfortable communicating with all level of clients, both in person and over the phone.
- Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
- Self-sufficient, self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
