European P2P Operational Systems Delivery Lead - Bracknell - 6 month Contract, £350-400pd (inside IR35)

We need a driven P2P Operational Systems Delivery Lead with experience in project implementations to help manage and deliver a range of projects and initiatives. This role is pivotal in optimising efficiencies, simplifying processes, and driving automation across the entire P2P operating model. About the Role
As the P2P Operational Systems Delivery Lead, you will have a deep understanding of P2P concepts, to take ownership of the P2P BAU operational roadmap, ensuring that improvement projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. You'll be responsible for preparing project delivery charters, identifying roles and responsibilities, and setting milestones to prioritize initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and shared services to understand project dependencies and complexities. Your goal is to drive operational improvements, enhance efficiencies, and ensure that every change is successfully adopted across the organization.
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate is an expert in P2P processes with a proven track record in operational delivery. You're a self-starter who is passionate, enthusiastic, and capable of transforming ideas into action. With strong communication and influencing skills, you can effectively advocate for change at all levels of the organization. You have experience in change management, particularly in motivating remote teams and managing transitions smoothly. SAP knowledge is essential. Experience or Super-User knowledge of Coupa and/or Concur would be beneficial.
