IFA Administrator

My client is a well regarded national Wealth Management firm and is looking for a dedicated individual to join their team as a Financial Adviser Support. In this role, you will provide essential assistance to one or more financial advisers, supporting them across various client cases. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, client service, and technical support to enhance the efficiency of their financial advisory services. This is an exciting opportunity for a responsible, self-motivated candidate with strong organizational skills and IT proficiency to contribute to a fast-growing financial advice firm. They offer support for future qualifications, allowing the successful applicant to advance their knowledge and skills up to Diploma level giving the opportunity to develop into a Financial Advisor.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Researching of financial products
  • Liaising with providers, correlating plan / policy information
  • Maintaining a detailed record of business in order to be able to update clients and Advisors
  • Sending Letters of Authority
  • Collating and evaluating client policy / investment / pensions
  • Create and maintain client files
  • General Administration, client servicing and office support as required

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience of working within a similar role within financial services is highly desirable
  • Experience using Financial research tools
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to work in a fast moving, fun and professional environment
