About the role

The Digital Engagement Team is responsible for delivering against the organisation's strategic goals and for providing the digital expertise to support the delivery of campaigning, fundraising and other AIUK priorities.

The Digital Engagement Coordinator will report to the Social Media Specialist to implement the Social Media Strategy which supports Amnesty International UK organisation-wide Strategy 2022-2030 (read here). The Digital Engagement Coordinator will work closely with the Digital Engagement Team to coordinate and support our digital communications across all channels - including website(s), social media and email. They will help to deliver communications and digital campaigns that attract, inspire and maintain relationships with supporters and in turn achieve Amnesty International UK's strategic goals, while looking to create human rights change.

The role may be for you if:

  • You're skilled in writing and editing content for a variety of digital channels, including email, blogs and social media
  • You're passionate about analysing data and presenting findings
  • You collaborate and positively contribute to an inclusive culture.
  • You also have familiarity using website content management systems (such as Drupal, Wordpress or equivalent) and social media tools to create effective digital communications.
