Position: Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities:
- Answer Calls and Emails: Be the first point of contact for residents and contractors. Handle inquiries, direct calls, and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- Issue Resolution: Address minor requests such as light bulb replacements or window cleaner appointments efficiently.
- Work Orders: Create and manage work orders for repairs and maintenance tasks. Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion.
- Liaison with Contractors: Communicate with contractors to obtain quotes, provide updates to residents, and manage repair schedules.
- Mail Distribution: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring accurate distribution within the property.
- Work Log Maintenance: Maintain a detailed log of all works issued, tracking progress to ensure timely resolution.
- Correspondence: Draft and send letters to residents regarding property updates, maintenance schedules, and other relevant information.
- Paperless Transition: As we transition away from paper-based processes, assist in digitising records and minimizing paperwork.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
