What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting children across KS1 and KS2, with a strong focus on behaviour management and emotional regulation
- Working closely with children who have SEND and complex behaviour needs
- Delivering 1:1 support and small group interventions, creating a calm, engaging space to help children thrive
- Collaborating with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored strategies and monitor progress
- Bringing energy, patience, and consistency every single day
What We're Looking For:
- Experience supporting children with SEND and/or behavioural challenges in a primary school setting
- A confident, proactive approach someone who can think on their feet and respond calmly under pressure
- Strong behaviour management skills and an understanding of how to de-escalate and positively redirect
- A team player with a genuine passion for supporting children's growth, both academically and emotionally
