About the role
We have an opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join our outstanding team, based on-site in Bicester, to ensure our customer orders are fulfilled according the specifications issued by the Warehouse Manager.
The successful candidate will be required to work Monday - Friday during the hours of 7am - 3:30pm.
Day to day deliverables will be...
- Ensure the customisation of products according to customer needs, which will require repackaging and re-labelling as required.
- Checking correct products and volumes of stock are prepared in order for despatch
- Correctly palletise our customer orders
- To operate warehouse equipment, using the Reach truck to assist in forklifting duties
- Adhere to all Health and Safety instructions issued
- Always ensure good housekeeping, keeping the work area tidy and safe
- Carry out any additional Warehouse duties as requested by the Warehouse Manager which may fall outside of the general scope of work from time to time
- Enjoy working within a High performance Organisation
About you
- Currently hold a Forklift licence, or have used Reach equipment
- You are motivated, reliable & methodical, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- You're comfortable seeking out support when required
- You'll enjoy working as part of a collaborative & supportive team in a fast paced, family orientated organisation
- Be familiar with SAP or similar WMS - computer literate
