Exiting new opportunity for an Experienced Site Manager in Macclesfield!
Our client is a well-established company with a rich history dating back to 1908, specializing in high-quality fit-out projects within the leisure and hospitality sectors across the UK. They are currently looking for a dedicated Site Manager to oversee and lead projects up to £5 million, ensuring all aspects of the projects are executed flawlessly.
Position: Full-time, Permanent.
Location: Macclesfield
Salary: A competitive salary of up to£65k per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and oversee the end-to-end execution of fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead and manage project teams, providing direction and support to ensure project objectives are met.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure expectations are managed and met.
- Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing high-quality fit-out projects, particularly in the leisure and/or hospitality sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects valued up to £5 million.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Must possess a full, clean UK driving license.
- Willingness to travel and work across the UK, including weekends when necessary.
- Ability to provide two references from previous clients that confirm a strong track record in project delivery and management.
