Oceanic Saunas is one of the UK's most experienced manufacturers of Saunas and Steam Rooms and have been in the industry for over 40 years. We manufacture sauna and steam room products for both domestic and commercial use.
We are recruiting an experienced Bookkeeper and payroll administrator to join our head office in Wolverhampton. You will be fully or part qualified in AAT or ACCA or equivalent QBE.
Ideal start date ASAP
Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm, working hours are flexible.
Experience:
Bookkeeping - 5 years (essential)
Sage line 50 - 5 years (essential)
Payroll - 3 year (essential)
MRP software (preferred)
Skills we are looking for:
- Meticulous attention to detail is essential

- Experience running payroll
Responsibilities:
- Day to day Management of Accounts following a monthly schedule and the financial year
- Experience in Sage line 50
- Payroll and pension
- Bookkeeping
- VAT return
- CIS
- Purchase Ledger
- Procurement
- Credit Control
- Bank account entries and reconciliation
- Entering journal and prepayments
- Stock
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts receivable
- Invoices
- Reports
- Occasionally answering the phone
- Additional duties as designated by Manager
Salary will be dependent on experience.
