Service Desk Analyst

Onsite (Hemel Hempstead)

Hours: 9am-5:30pm

£26,000- £30,000 per annum

I have partnered with a leading managed service provider looking to expand their onsite IT Team. They are looking for a couple of Service Desk Analysts covering 1st and 2nd line support based onsite in Hemel Hempstead.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and repairing hardware (hospitality customers)
  • Responding to technical issues (phone calls + emails)
  • Setting up + configuration of PCs/laptops
  • Configuring printers/cash drawers/tablets

Skills:

  • Maintenance + administration of Active Directory
  • Windows Servers (up to 2019)
  • Office 365 administration
  • Service Desk experience (3 years)
  • Networking- LAN/WAN, routers/switches
