Service Desk Analyst
Onsite (Hemel Hempstead)
Hours: 9am-5:30pm
£26,000- £30,000 per annum
I have partnered with a leading managed service provider looking to expand their onsite IT Team. They are looking for a couple of Service Desk Analysts covering 1st and 2nd line support based onsite in Hemel Hempstead.
Responsibilities:
- Building and repairing hardware (hospitality customers)
- Responding to technical issues (phone calls + emails)
- Setting up + configuration of PCs/laptops
- Configuring printers/cash drawers/tablets
Skills:
- Maintenance + administration of Active Directory
- Windows Servers (up to 2019)
- Office 365 administration
- Service Desk experience (3 years)
- Networking- LAN/WAN, routers/switches
