Job Title: Brand & Creative Lead

Dates: Start ASAP for 5 / 6 months

Rates: 250 per day via Umbrella (Inside IR35)

Location: London. Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home

Your role will be to ensure a consistent and creative brand output of my clients sports based fashion and lifestyle brand across all digital touch points. You will ensure all key stakeholders are engaged and you will create engaging brand content that is aligned with vision and values.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of brand marketing content requirements across digital channels, plus creative production and management experience to lead the freelance creative team. This role reports into the Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver an aligned marketing calendar for activities throughout the year and oversee the execution of subsequent campaign content across platforms
  • Product campaign performance wrap up reports
  • Own homepage content, layout and testing plan
  • Act as guardian of brand, tone of voice, content and creative across all marketing platforms
  • Keep up to speed with relevant brand stories and trends that support strategies and aid the brand to reach new audiences
  • Work closely with the e-commerce team, buying team and marketing team to ensure that all marketing activity is consistent and supportive of business goals and key results

CREATIVE ASSET MANAGEMENT:

  • Work closely with the buying and marketing teams to sign off on product nominations for lead campaigns and photoshoots
  • Own the production, art direction and delivery of both ecommerce and editorial photoshoots, which includes owning shoot budgets, timelines and schedules, selecting models, briefing and directing our freelance creative team (photo/videographers, stylist), delivering catering and props, sample returns and selecting the final campaign shots
  • Brief and manage our freelance graphic designer to create assets for homepage updates and marketing assets
  • Work with third party brands to source own brand campaign assets that are relevant to our buys
  • Work with marketing team to provide brand campaign assets relevant to their campaign needs

TRADE MARKETING:

Own the Trade Marketing process with third party brands to deliver on revenue targets

Act as a key stakeholder for trade marketing and creative collaborations

About You

  • Natural creative ability and are commercially aware of the latest trends
  • Able to make creative decisions informed by data and customers insights
  • Thorough organisational and planning abilities
  • Experience managing creative teams & writing well written briefs
  • Experience creating campaign proposals for sign off from senior management
  • Proven experience marketing projects / budgets
  • Proven experience using data and KPIs to inform brand strategy
  • An understanding of Multi-Brand e-commerce retails with and keen personal interest in the sports/fitness or fashion industry landscape is of advantage
