This role will be instrumental in my client's growth journey, ensuring long-term profitability and performance in their industry by using your knowledge of strategic pricing to provide a competitive edge. Collaborating with other stakeholders across the business to understand current strategies and how to improve these will be essential along with a comprehensive knowledge of the retail sector.

Client Details

My client is a large-scale, UK-based multinational retail brand known for their expertise within the luxury goods industry working with many household names. Currently on a growth journey approaching 2025, they hold key values around their ethical practices and sustainability and are looking for someone to join their finance team in this pricing manager role who shares this passion and desire for growth to step into this strategic role. Based in London Bridge, they pride themselves on their collaborative work and come into the office on a hybrid basis 3 times per week.

Description

  • Review existing pricing strategies and models and evaluate how to improve them.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders across the business to understand cost structures and targets.
  • Analyse market trends and competitors' pricing.
  • Help drive growth into 2025 and beyond by adopting a proactive approach to your work.
  • Lead from the front and work closely with senior finance members.
  • Use market and retail industry knowledge to improve pricing efficiency across the business.
  • Develop, implement, and manage pricing strategies and models.

Profile

The successful Pricing Manager will be:

  • Qualified in ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
  • From a background within the retail/luxury goods sector.
  • A proactive individual, keen to step on and hit the ground running from day one.
  • Competent in developing strategic pricing models and analysing existing ones.
  • An excellent communicator with strong stakeholder relationship skills.
  • A candidate with a strong track record in pricing analysis and management.
