The role will be responsible for providing a great customer experience for a number of allocated accounts, ensuring the client instructions are always followed accurately, and to provide support to the Account Managers in managing, building and maintaining client relationships.
Principles responsibilities:
- Understand and follow the customer requirements to raise job instructions for other departments to ensure timely and accurate despatch.
- Ensure excellent day-to-day communications with clients, team members, suppliers, internal departments, and our operations team to ensure jobs are processed correctly and efficiently to agreed service levels through the business, to despatch.
- Provide expert advice to clients, becoming trusted advisors on their distribution.
- Managing and prioritising incoming emails from a shared inbox and escalating where appropriate.
- Managing administrative tasks such as raising charge notes, arranging collections and recording delivery complaints.
- Working across different in-house systems for warehouse management, shipping, and job workflow.

- Good Secondary/High School education including core skills of Grade C/equivalent in Maths and English at GCSE level as a minimum.
- MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook) intermediate level Knowledge and Experience: Customer or Client service experience

- Reading and assimilating written instructions accurately
