Highbridge Education Ltd was established in April 2019. We focus on the child as an individual and provide a tailor-made service and help them achieve their aims. Our services consist of four parts: study planning and admission guidance; interview coaching and scholarship applications; guardian service and short-term training camp and summer camps; as well as tuition (private tuition, group tuition, 1-1tuition).
Current Vacancy: Customer Service Manager
In this role, you will:
l Provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between students especially from China and the company.
l Deal effectively with students requirements and complaints in accordance with our business's policies and procedures.
l Provide consult on education services, and keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have.
l Receive and deal with the responses, complaints or further requirements of students and their parents.
l Plan, organise and co-ordinate teaching resources to ensure that the company maximizes the use of educational resources.
l Liaise with other team members to discuss customer responses with a view to improving our service.
l Collaborate effectively with teachers or parents to track progress to increase student performance
l Organize and carry out external publicity activities to attract more students, and provide support for customers inquiry.
l Liaise with customers extensively over the telephone and building successful long term business relationships.
You'll be someone with:
l Proficiency in written and spoken communication in Chinese.
l Strong experience in customer service or education sector.
l Excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail.
l Ability to address any customer service issues promptly.
l Ability to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.
l Patient, flexible, positive, consistent, dependable and cooperative
l Awareness of customer-focused, understanding the needs of our client's global customer base.
l Willingness to frequent business travels to China
