Role - Finance Business Partner Location - Rochdale Salary - Between £55,000 and £60,000 + £5,000 car allowance.
Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a fast-growing construction business in their search for a Finance Business Partner to work out of their regional office in Rochdale.
The successful candidate will need to be ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified and have previous experience of working within a commercially focused role. The capability to build strong working relationships throughout a business is crucial and the Finance Business Partner will be expected to challenge Operational Management. Excellent Excel skills are a must and you will be expected to be competent with financial modelling and report writing. Key duties for the Finance Business Partner role will involve the following:
- KPI analysis
- Profit and loss analysis
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Provide analysis and commentary on new commercial opportunities
- Business partner and offer advice to the regional operational team
- Review of business cases
- Ad-hoc project work
Salary for the role is anywhere between £55,000 and £60,000 + £5,000 car allowance and excellent benefits package
