The Company

Arinsdale Ltd are a UK based manufacturer of webbing products for lifting and lashing.

Established for over 38 years, we are based solely in Grangemouth, Central Scotland. Our colleagues are a valued resource and a big part of our continued success, current colleagues have an average service of 12 years with us.

We are now looking for an Administration Assistant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As an Administration Assistant, you will undertake a range of administrative tasks to support our busy team.

Following training or any development you require, you will get involved in accountancy tasks and sales administration activities.

Specifically, this will involve managing the sales / purchase ledger and reconciling supplier statements. You will also enter sales orders, maintain accurate and detailed customer records and create new customer accounts.

Additionally, you will:

  • Enter accounts data
  • Manage our database
  • Support purchasing activity
  • Assist with stock and warehouse admin

About You

To be considered as an Administrative Assistant, you will need:

  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
  • Computer literacy, including a working knowledge of Excel
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • The willingness to learn
