Accounts Payable Administrator
Salary up to £32,000 (dependent on relevant experience)
London based
Hybrid working - 3 days per week in the office
Permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week)

If so, Cedar have partnered with a leading London based PR agency renowned for working on innovative campaigns with influential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create new supplier accounts and follow up on missing invoices.
- Prepare and manage bi-weekly supplier payments and expenses.
- Manage the aged debtor report and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure UK compliance.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and process supplier invoices.
- Manage company AMEX and Coutts credit card transactions, ensuring all receipts are accounted for.
- Oversee petty cash and maintaining balance
- Compile data for utilisation and overservicing reports.
- Maintain office budgets and advise on overspends.
- Assist the Financial Director during the annual audit.
- Cover for the Sales Finance Executive during absences, including raising client invoices.
- Address purchase ledger queries and support with Paprika system issues.
- Support office facilities management in the absence of the Office Manager.
- Participate in weekly team and monthly agency meetings.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Proactive problem solver able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
