Job Role: Production/Warehouse Operative
Location: Leicester
Shift: 08:30am to 17:00pm Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour / overtime over 40 hours x 1.5

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Production/Warehouse Operative to join a busy distribution company in the Leicester are. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including assembly duties, working on the production line, packing and labelling products, preparing goods for dispatch, quality checking, and general warehouse duties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assembly duties with precision and efficiency
- Work on the production lines to meet production targets
- Pack and label products according to company standards
- Prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct quality checks to maintain high product standards
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Experience:
- Good written and verbal English
- Proven experience in a production or warehouse environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good physical condition to handle manual tasks
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management
Day-to-day:
- Assemble products according to specifications
- Pack and label products for shipment
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product integrity
- Assist with inventory management and organization of the warehouse
