Are you experienced in managing end-to-end delivery of products within an engineering background? We are working with a dynamic and innovative global manufacturing company looking to expand their team with a proactive product coordinator in Coventry.

40 hours per week: Mon – Thurs 08.00 – 16.30 Friday 08.00–15.15

Product Coordinator

Job Specification

  • Ownership of Delivery Process: Manage the end-to-end delivery process for all product orders, covering procurement, planning, production, testing, and dispatch.
  • On-Time, On-Budget Delivery: Ensure all product orders are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Coordination: Work closely with function heads to organize and streamline all delivery activities.
  • Engineering Change Requests: Identify and coordinate engineering change requests and product improvements.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Play a key role in managing the product lifecycle.
  • Technical Documentation: Maintain and communicate product technical documentation, including design packages, BOM, costings, manuals, etc.
  • New Product Introduction: Support the planning and execution of new product introductions.
  • Central Point of Contact: Serve as the central point of contact for all product-related topics, both internally and externally.

Product Coordinator

Skills/Experience/Qualifications

  • Several years of experience within a simialr role
  • Experience within a technical or engineering environment
  • Strong problem solver
  • Experience using CAD software would be an advantage
