Spanish Speaking Account Team Leader

An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client who are based in Weybridge, Surrey as a Spanish speaking Account Team Leader. You will have responsibility for the development and performance management of your team as well as ensuring a world class service is provided to customers.

  • Job Type: Permanent
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 4.30pm / 8.30am - 5pm
  • Location: Weybridge, Surrey - hybrid working

As the Spanish speaking Account Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of Account Executives to handle a range of customer enquiries within a customer service environment
  • Help execute and deliver a world class service whilst acting as a senior point of escalation
  • Train and coach, a team to a high standard of competence and performance levels
  • Maintain regular 121's with all team members and ensure development plans are put in place

  • Be available to deal with all queries & complaints

The successful Spanish speaking Account Team Leader will have the following related skills / experience:

  • It is essential that you have previously worked within a Team Leading role either within a customer service or account management field
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written is essential
  • Experience of working in a busy and demanding environment.
  • Commercially aware
  • Ability to mentor and coach your team to a high standard
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to an audience
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Previous experience of Oracle would be advantageous but not essential
