Responsibilities:
- Handle funds received and oversee expenses tracking.
- Lead internal audits and ensure accurate reporting.
- Provide secretariat services for meetings and produce timely reports.
- Maintain document storage for easy access.
- Support Financial Controller with audits and reconciliations.
- Liaise with FSSC for process efficiency.
- Serve as central contact point for BSI Knowledge Solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver funded programs.
Requirements:
- Degree level education or equivalent qualification.
- Professional accounting qualifications preferred.
- Strong numerical proficiency with a keen eye for detail.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite.
- Previous experience with funding agreements and governance is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
