Location: Plymouth
Start: ASAP
End: 2 month minimum
Working Pattern: 37.5 mon - Fri 9-5 (negotiable)
Shift Pattern: 9-5 (negotiable) (some remote working accepted - 70% - Team are flexible)
Specific Skills:
- Worked with Court of Protection
- Need to have worked in an MDT, (Multi-Disciplinary Team)
- Worked with / full aware of the Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC)
- Car driver is essential
