The CRM Lead will be the lynchpin for delivering top-tier customer relationship management strategies within a well established University. This role will oversee the development and implementation of innovative CRM systems and marketing campaigns.

Description

  • Leading the development and execution of CRM strategies.
  • Overseeing the implementation of CRM systems.
  • Managing cross-departmental teams to ensure alignment with CRM objectives.
  • Designing and executing targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Analysing CRM data to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Identifying new opportunities to engage existing customers and attract new ones.
  • Preparing and presenting CRM reports to senior management.

Profile

A successful CRM Lead should have:

  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing campaigns, within Higher Education would be a bonus.
  • Experience with Saleforce would be fantastic but not essential.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • An analytical mindset for interpreting CRM data.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting reports and strategies.
