Our client, a high street practice in Cornwall, are looking for a Wills and Probate locum to join them asap.
The firm pride themselves on delivery high level client care and aim to provide high quality legal services. The firm is looking for a Private Client Solicitor to assist on a locum basis. You will ideally be available to start the role ASAP for a period of 3-4 weeks to assist with a busy caseload.
This is an office-based role, and you will be based onsite in West Cornwall.
You will be required to draft Wills, administer estates/obtain probate, and prepare and advise on lasting powers of attorney.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with 4+ PQE with previous experience of Private Client Law.
The role is Outside IR35 and paying a competitive hourly rate.
As this is an office-based role you must be available to commute into the office in Cornwall.
