Castlefield Recruitment are working with a public-sector organisation in Manchester who are looking to recruit a Accounts Receivable Assistant to their team on an initial 9 month FTC. This role has a strong potential to be extended or go permanent and offers hybrid working, flexitime, generous annual leave and other great benefits.
Duties:
- Maintaining sales ledger and ensuring relevant accounts and reconciled
- Resolving internal and external queries in a timely manner
- Monitor income processes and suggest improvements
- Allocating payments to invoices
Experience:
- Strong experience with processing transactions
- Financial system knowledge and strong excel skills
- Ability to prioritise a heavy workload with strong attention to detail
- Experience in a similar position
