A creative digital media agency based in Central London is looking for a Finance Administrator with strong excel skills to join their vibrant state of the art offices on a hybrid basis (upto 3 days in the office per week).
You will need to be organised, hands on, self-motivated, pro-active and ideally have some previous experience gained in a finance department with a good level of Excel skills. The role would also suit a keen ambitious Finance graduate.
Responsibilities include:
- Client & Supplier onboarding
- Master Data maintenance for clients, supplier, systems and users
- Contract database management
- Financial Risk management
- Credit insurance management
- Internal audits
- Assisting the business with System financial queries
- Ensuring Group financial processes and internal controls are adhered to
