Kenneth Brian Associates are working on an exciting opportunity for a client based in Leatherhead, who are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team.

The role of Recruitment Coordinator is busy and varied, and will involve responsibility for supporting all recruitment activity across the business.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with hiring managers
  • Creating advertisements for job openings
  • Advertising jobs in various places including social media
  • Sourcing candidates using various methods
  • Carrying out telephone interviews with candidates
  • Attending job fairs
  • Collating data and reporting on recruitment activity

To be considered for the role of Recruitment Coordinator, you will need the following:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment role, either agency or in-house
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience of working with applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask

The company are offering a salary of c£28k, plus benefits including pension, life insurance and 28 days holiday. This role is fully office based in Leatherhead.
