A dynamic, fast paced Construction Consultancy, known for its innovative approach and expertise, is currently seeking a client facing Senior Construction Project Manager to strengthen their team in Birmingham.
The Senior Construction Project Manager Role
This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a variety of innovative Defence projects from smaller schemes circa £300k to large, complex schemes circa £300m+. A military background or experience working on Ministry of Defence or Ministry of Justice schemes would therefore be highly desirable.
The consultancy prides itself on its bespoke service, tailoring its approach to meet the unique needs of each project and client, ensuring success across a spectrum of refurbishments and large-scale new build schemes.
In this pivotal role, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, demonstrating an appreciation for and the ability to adapt to the specific requirements of the business and project at hand.
The Senior Construction Project Manager
- Must have previous Project Management experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
- Should hold a BSc/MSc in Project Management or a construction related field
- MRICS ideally (or MCIOB / MAPM)
- A military background, MoD or MoJ experience
- A successful track record delivering projects from inception to completion
