Main Purpose of Job:

As a Recruitment Resourcer at ISQ Recruitment, you will play a vital role in supporting our team by sourcing and engaging with potential candidates within the Engineering, Manufacturing, and Agricultural sectors. You will be responsible for managing candidate relationships, conducting initial screenings, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and our database.
  • Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess suitability for specific roles and present shortlisted candidates to the recruitment team.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Database Management: Update and maintain our candidate database, ensuring all candidate information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Job Advert Writing: Assist in creating engaging job adverts to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure all candidates have a positive experience with ISQ Recruitment, reflecting our values and commitment to excellent service.

Key Skills and Relevant Experience

:

  • Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing is desirable but not essential. This role is also ideal for someone looking to begin their career in recruitment.
  • Desirable Background: Candidates with a background in engineering or manufacturing will have an advantage, though this is not a requirement.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage with candidates over the phone and in writing.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of candidate care.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Driving Licence and Car: A valid UK driving licence and access to a car are preferred.
