The Quantity Surveyor Role
Are you ready to make a significant impact? The successful Quantity Surveyor will bring their expertise to a well-established team, engaging in a diverse range of projects across the built environment.
This consultancy is renowned for its strong market presence and impressive pipeline of private and affordable housing developments, from £500k to £20m, as well as commercial, manufacturing, and industrial projects.
As a key member of the team, the Quantity Surveyor will experience unparalleled career growth and development. Working closely with the Partners, you'll receive extensive support towards achieving your APC and benefit from flexible working options, including a minimum of two days working from home each week.
The Quantity Surveyor
The incoming Quantity Surveyor will have:
- A RICS Accredited degree qualification
- Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
- Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
- Pre & post contract experience
- Experience working on projects from inception to completion
