Position: Senior Registered Manager
Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester
Salary: £55,000 - £58,000

Key Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a children's residential care home.- At least 12 months of experience as a registered manager with Ofsted registration.- Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.- Exceptional management and leadership skills.- Comprehensive understanding of all relevant legislation and Ofsted regulations.Your Role
- Demonstrate unwavering commitment and passion for providing excellent care and quality.- Successfully register with Ofsted.- Ensure full compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies.- Enhance team members' skills and knowledge in safeguarding practices.- Maintain high performance standards at Golden Future Care Home.- Inspire and motivate staff to develop their skills and progress in their careers.- Represent the care home professionally to all stakeholders.- Manage finances effectively, meeting or exceeding targets.- Promote a culture of best practice and continuous improvement.- Bring innovative ideas to the business and celebrate achievements.
Work Schedule
