Assistant Payroll Manager

Location:

Twickenham (4 days in the office)

Salary:

£45,000-50,000 per year

JGA is collaborating with a leading leisure company in search of a seasoned payroll expert with Tronc proficiency.

To excel in this role, you should possess Tronc experience and a background in Hospitality or multi-site environments.

What you'll do:

  • Handle payroll processing for approximately 1500 employees across all sites.
  • Supervise HMRC submissions, manage pension contributions, and ensure compliance with legislation.
  • Execute weekly Tronc payments in accordance with scheme guidelines.
  • Provide on-demand payroll analysis and reporting.
  • Work closely with the senior payroll manager to streamline operations.
  • Stay abreast of payroll regulations and update procedures accordingly.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven track record of overseeing payrolls for 500+ employees.
  • Thorough understanding of Tronc systems and protocols.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills for building effective cross-functional relationships.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines while maintaining motivation.
