The Role:
The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This position involves planning, developing, and implementing marketing initiatives across multiple channels, both digital and traditional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with strategic business objectives.
- Managing and creating content for digital channels, including social media, website, blogs, and email marketing.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support and drive revenue goals.
- Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Planning and coordinating events, product launches, and promotional activities to engage the target audience.
- Cultivating relationships with external partners, such as agencies, media, and influencers, to amplify the brand's reach.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, with a track record of delivering impactful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- A creative thinker with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite).
